Dreambuilder Custom Homes is proud to announce its latest project: a custom home located on a picturesque river-front lot on Doctor’s Lake. Known as Dreambuilder Four, the project is located at 2950 Magnolia Road in Orange Park, FL.
The four bedroom, three and a half bath home is nearly 3300 square feet with scenic views from most rooms of the home. As a ‘build’ project, the owner already had plans and specifications developed and hired Dreambuilder to manage the construction of the home.
“This project demonstrates the flexibility of Dreambuilder’s services,” says Shawn Starr, president. “For clients that are not quite ready to build, we can provide design-only services, which includes plans and specifications; or, for those who already have plans developed, we can provide build-only services, such as in this case. Of course, we specialize in a design-build experience which allows us to coordinate the entire process, concierge-style, from plans to move-in, on behalf of the client.”
