Starr Custom Homes is happy to announce the commencement of DreamDesign® 30, a modern home in Jacksonville Beach.
The 2100 SF home features an open floor plan on the first floor, with great room, dining area, kitchen and lanai creating one large entertainment space. Though smaller than the typical homes we build, the design still provides architectural drama with a two-story great room and foyer divided by a second-floor bridge.
The vaulted ceilings continue on the second floor where two of three bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings. The master suite will also boast a sliding barn door to the adjacent bath. Modern finishes will abound, including glossy acrylic cabinets, low profile mouldings and stained concrete floors.
