DreamDesign®44 is on a large one-acre lot in the Fort Caroline community of The Hills with an attached two-car garage; DreamDesign®45 is on an in-fill lot in the historic Ortega neighborhood with a detached two-car garage in the rear of property. “With the Ortega site, we wanted to build something that was new and modern yet blended in with the historic nature of the community,” Starr said. “This design appears as if its been part of the neighborhood for decades yet is full of modern features and amenities.”
