Next, we begin the planning stage with DreamDesign®. We listen closely, define the ideas that matter most, and shape them into a home that is beautiful, buildable, and ready for selections, budget alignment, and permits.
STEP 3
Once the blueprints and contract are complete, you will finalize construction financing, should you require it. Starr® Custom Homes can refer you to trusted professionals to assist with your mortgage and financing needs.
STEP 4
We manage day-to-day oversight and construction while keeping you informed about schedule, selections, and next steps. Quality materials, trusted trades, and strong warranties help bring your dream home to life with confidence.
