The 4352 SF home features five bedrooms and six baths, including a first-floor guest suite. The master suite is downstairs and features a gorgeous modern bath with freestanding tub and large drive-through shower. “The master bath is truly luxurious,” said Starr. “We installed freestanding James Martin brand vanities, which brings interest and variation to the design.” Add in a dressing area with custom mirror, lots of light and large his and her closets, and you have the perfect master suite.
The great room is in the center of the home and features a gas fireplace and custom beams, bringing authenticity to the home. “The Anglo-Caribbean style is a study in the contrast of lights and darks,” said Starr. “Light walls mixed with dark elements such as the door hardware and beams feature that contrast and bring texture to the design.” The great room is open to the large gourmet kitchen, dining area and lanai with outdoor kitchen – and beyond, water views.

Upstairs, a large game room features another wet bar and a balcony that overlooks the backyard pool and lake. Three bedrooms each feature its own bath. “This home is built for entertaining,” said Starr. “Guests can enjoy grilling, drinks and the pool downstairs while others can enjoy the game room, refreshments and the balcony upstairs.”
