Pablo Creek Reserve has strict guidelines regarding how we build in the community. If we fail to meet these expectations we will not be permitted to build any other homes in the area. Please help us all be successful by strictly following these rules:
1) Construction hours are 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Work on Sundays and holidays is not permitted. You must be OFF THE LOT at 6 PM – not getting ready to go.
2) Parking is permitted only on our lot or on ONE side of the street. DO NOT go over the silt fence! DO NOT park on other lots! DO NOT park on the right of way!
3) The lot MUST BE CLEANED each day. This is VERY IMPORTANT! Pick up all debris and especially TRASH. This is the single largest complaint that we will get – let’s avoid it by paying a little more attention.

Plans (DWF): When you click on this link, a dialogue box will appear. Select Save and save to your desktop. A folder will appear that will contain the DWF file. Use Autodesk Design Review to open the files. Design Review is a free download from Autodesk that will enable you to open DWF files (plans, engineering, etc.) and perform measurements, mark-ups and take-offs.
