Plan (DWF): When you click on this link, a dialogue box will appear. Select Save and save to your desktop. A folder will appear that will contain the DWF file. Use Autodesk Design Review to open the files. Design Review is a free download from Autodesk that will enable you to open DWF files (plans, engineering, etc.) and perform measurements, mark-ups and take-offs. Click here to go to the Autodesk site, select Download Now and then follow the onscreen instructions to load the program to your desktop.
